Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product that I bought?

All items purchased from Ananda are not eligible for return or exchange, as per our terms and conditions. The only exception to this rule is in the case of defective products, which may be exchanged.

How can I find out if an item is eligible for exchange?

After receiving the goods, if you believe that your product is defective, please contact Ananda immediately at ananda.singingbowl@gmail.com. Before returning or exchanging products, we will inspect and verify the returned goods.

In the event of any disputes arising from exchanges, returns, or refunds, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.

What are the return and exchange procedures?

1. After receiving the goods, if you believe that your product is defective, please contact Ananda immediately at ananda.singingbowl@gmail.com. You need to return the goods together with the packaging to the address designated by the company within 7 days. All returned items must be unused, unmarked or stained, and in their original condition.

2. Ananda will process your exchange request within a reasonable timeframe. If, after review, the company deems your reason for exchange reasonable and agrees to your exchange request, we will resend the goods. Any additional shipping costs will be borne by the company.

3. Before returning or exchanging products, we will inspect and verify the returned goods. If the product condition does not meet our return and exchange rules, you will not be returned, refunded or returned points. The company will return the goods, and all goods freight will be borne by you.

How long is the delivery time?

Since crystal singing bowls are custom made, the production period is relatively long. The estimated delivery time is approximately 21 working days after placing the order. However, all delivery dates are indicative only. We will do our best to ensure delivery before the estimated date, based on the address provided during the order. If delivery is delayed due to suppliers, carriers or any other third parties, we will contact you, but we are not responsible for such delays.

What should I acknowledge before making a purchase?

1. The tuning of crystal singing bowl is very difficult. In general, it is normal to have apitch tone ±40. Only 1 out of 100 of singing bowl has an accurate pitch of ±15.

2. Each crystal singing bowl is unique. All product pictures and videos displayed on this website are only provided for customers to identify the products. The actual size, dimensions, color and tone of the products may be different from those ordered by the customer. If the customer cannot accept it, please consider carefully before purchasing.

Crystal bowls are all made of crystal, and natural materials may inevitably have some minor inperfections. The crystal bowl needs to be refined at a temperature above 4000 degrees and made of pure crystal sand. It is inevitable that tiny dust will be mixed in, forming small bubbles, black dots or uneven pits on the surface during the production. These are not quality problems.

What are the payment methods?

Our company accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal for payment. With the credit card shopping protection services, such as VISA verification service, Mastercard security code, UnionPay online verification, etc., you can securely and confidently shop using your own credit card with a specific password or security code.

Can I pay after I received the item?

No. All payment methods on this website require you to pay before delivery and do not allow "cash on delivery."
