IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ONLINE ORDERING AND DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery areas/address:

Once your order is confirmed, the purchased goods will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process. If there's a change of address after submitting your order or during delivery, additional charges may apply, and we reserve the right to charge extra delivery fees.

Delivery in Hong Kong

We use SF Express for delivery. If the address provided differs from the actual delivery address, causing delivery failure and product return, we can't refund the delivery fee. However, refunds on your order remain unaffected.

Delivery to other areas

For more information, please contact customer service. Shipping to other regions may incur additional charges and taxes.

Failure to collect arrangement:

If you're unable to receive your order due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly for further arrangement. They may charge an additional administration fee. If you're unable to rearrange delivery within 2 weeks from the original delivery date, we may cancel your order without issuing a refund.

Once the order is successful and payment is completed, all goods will be delivered as per the following guidelines:

Delivery in Hong Kong

Since crystal singing bowls are custom made, the production period is relatively long. The estimated delivery time is approximately 21 working days after placing the order. However, all delivery dates are indicative only. We will do our best to ensure delivery before the estimated date, based on the address provided during the order. If delivery is delayed due to suppliers, carriers or any other third parties, we will contact you, but we are not responsible for such delays.

Delivery to other areas

If you fail to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time and location, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

General Terms of Use & Disclaimer:

  • We are not responsible or liable to provide the goods within the specified time frame if they can't be shipped due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, infectious diseases, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • If you receive goods differing in quantity or type from your order, please contact us within 7 days from receipt to arrange for replacement.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage you suffer as a result of making a purchase (including but not limited to profit, goodwill or other intangible loss) or any loss caused by our staff, employees, agents, vendors or customer service officers.
  • We shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense as a result of the following: (1) this website, any websites linked to or from this website (collectively referred to as "linking websites"), online ordering service or the access and use of online payment system, interruption when accessing or using or inability to access or use; or (2) any content or product displayed on this website or linking websites, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or financial loss.
  • For online payment, we shall not be liable for any of your loss or damage resulting from the following (including indirect or consequential loss): (1) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension of other restrictions impacting your online payment; (2) any error, malfunction or suspension of your bank's payment mechanism; or (3) any issues arising from or related to the third-party online payment system.
  • Purchasing on our website is at your own risk, as permitted by law.
  • You agree to indemnify us for any financial loss or damage, or any personal injury or death resulting from your breach of contract, negligence, omission or intentional misconduct, or any breach of obligations under these "Important Notes for Online Ordering and Delivery Service".
  • These "Important Notes for Online Ordering and Delivery Service" are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes, including but not limited to its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the final decision of the Hong Kong courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
