Refund policy
- All items purchased from Ananda are not eligible for return or exchange, as per our terms and conditions. The only exception to this rule is in the case of defective products, which may be exchanged.
- Upon receipt of your order at the specified delivery address, please inspect the goods for any damage or defects. Our company suggests you take photos or videos of the product to ensure your rights, and you must keep the order email for records.
- After receiving the goods, if you believe that your product is defective, please contact Ananda immediately at ananda.singingbowl@gmail.com. You need to return the goods together with the packaging to the address designated by the company within 7 days. All returned items must be unused, unmarked or stained, and in their original condition.
- Ananda will process your exchange request within a reasonable timeframe. If, after review, the company deems your reason for exchange reasonable and agrees to your exchange request, we will resend the goods. Any additional shipping costs will be borne by the company.
- Before returning or exchanging products, we will inspect and verify the returned goods. If the product condition does not meet our return and exchange rules, you will not be returned, refunded or returned points. The company will return the goods, and all goods freight will be borne by you.
- Please be aware that all product images and videos displayed on this website are provided solely for identification purposes. The actual size, dimensions, color, and tone of the products may differ from those ordered by the customer. For these reasons, the company does not accept returns or exchange requests. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact our customer service before making a purchase.
- In the event of any disputes arising from exchanges, returns, or refunds, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
